Overview This program takes your people through the elements of product development with a thorough grounding in the management of the process.  Commonly available generic project management courses tend to have a heavy focus on formal processes, many of which are too detailed for the Pharma/Biotech situation. This program is tailored for our industry and the flexible, people-oriented appraoch that is required. The program addresses the age-old of conundrum of the project: how to balance time, cost and quality, and gives novel insights into achieving this difficult balance by addressing the dynamics of how people can work effectively together.

Who would benefit

The course is ideal for individuals who experienced in the industry but are new to project management or those that are developing their skills.

We can use some tailored assessment tools also, to allow project managers to measure their current level of capability against industry benchmarks. Typically used prior to the course.
